Umbrella-Themed Journal Pages

Cover

First up is my April cover page featuring some lovely umbrellas to keep us dry from all of the spring rain here in Western Pennsylvania. Per usual, I found some great inspo on Pinterest for my April Bullet Journal Cover. I thought this was something fun and classy for an umbrella-themed journal cover. I honestly never realized how difficult it was to draw an umbrella until I had to do it for this month’s bujo!

Calendar

Next up is my umbrella-themed journal calendar. I am so happy to be back to a whole calendar for April. I don’t know what it is but I always like seeing the entire month laid out in front of me.

Mood Tracker

As promised, I am continuing to push myself artistically with my mood and habit trackers. This mood tracker was a fun one to create. Pro-Tip: Always sketch your spreads with pencil first. I don’t know how many times I messed up these open umbrellas! It was more difficult than expected.

Finally, we have my habit tracker for April. This was almost a cop-out when it came to creativity but I thought it worked nicely. Again, I struggled with the umbrellas but I definitely recommend sketching guides on your bujo to make sure everything is spaced out properly. Another hack I had to do was with my calendar stamp. You can kinda see an extra box at the end of these calendars. This stamp has 31 days where April only has 30 so I tried to wipe the ink off before stamping my journal. It “kinda” worked.

Bonus:

Weekly Spread

april weekly spread

Since I’m posting this so late into the month, I’m also able to include a weekly spread I did in my journal for April. It’s been a struggle of a month (April always is) so this is basically the one and ONLY weekly spread in my April journal pages. This is one of my basic, go-to weekly spreads. I hope to be a little more artistic in May.
